Simple step by step Guide to make an Order

Step 1 - Find the product you wish to order

Click on the products page on the left hand side of the website to view products available to purchase online. Select which type of product you would like to view in the drop down menu on the left hand side.

(To make your own plaque from scratch select Make your own plaque from the menu).

Step 2 - Selecting your options / message

Once you've found the product you wish to order click on the image or the text to proceed to next page. This is where you can select the colour, message and add on options for your plaque. Using the drop down menu's you can now select the colour, message and other options you wish to have for your plaque.

Step 3 - add the item to your shopping cart

Once you've selected the options and message for your plaque simply click on add to basket to add that item to your online shopping cart. This will automatically take you to the checkout page (where you can view the items in your shopping cart.) 

Step 4 - Purchasing your order

From here you have to two options.

More shopping - this is what you click to browse more products and add other items to your shopping cart for purchase.

Or

Secure checkout - this is what you click if you've finishied shopping and you want to purchase the items already in your shopping cart.

Step 5 - Secure checkout

Returining customers  - simply enter your email address and password and click continue.

New customers - click on the new customers button. This will take you to our registration form. Simply enter your details into the required boxes and then click continue at the bottom of the page.
